JUDGEMENT

(1.) ANTICIPATORY bail application filed by Harbans Kumar, is moved by Sri P.K. Prasad, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri S.N. Rajgarhia, learned Additional P.P. for the State.

(2.) IT appears that coaccused Gyan Ratan, who is an employee of TISCO, has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 07.03.2011 in A.B.A. No. 258 of 2011. Petitioner is also an employee of TISCO and his case is similar to aforesaid coaccused.
