JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsels appearing for both the sides have submitted that the matter has already been settled in the Lok Adalat and, therefore, this contempt application is not pressed, at this stage.

(2.) In view of the aforesaid submission, this contempt application is, hereby, disposed of as not pressed.

(3.) I.A. No. 4478 of 2010 is also disposed of, in view of the final order passed in the contempt application.
