JUDGEMENT

(1.) ANTICIPATORY bail application filed by petitioner, Puspa Kumari is moved by Mr. Vishal Kumar Tiwary, counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Mr. Amaresh Kumar, Additional P.P.

(2.) FROM perusal of First Information Report and case diary, it appears that on the instigation of petitioner's husband, informant and his father became ready to make investment in ICICI Bank and for that purpose six different cheques given to petitioner's husband (Anish Kumar). It appears that out of that, two cheques deposited in the joint account of Anish Kumar and this petitioner, and because of that this petitioner implicated in this case.
