JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) It reveals from the First Information Report that the dead body of the sister of the informant was found lying at the 'khalihan' of Mangal Tudu and the deceased was having knife injury on her person. During investigation, some of the accused were apprehended and they confessed their guilt disclosing the name of the petitioner. One of the accused Sahebjan Besra has confessed his guilt before the police and before the witnesses as well.

(3.) It is submitted that there is no eye witness to the occurrence. Besides confession of the petitioner and other co-accused, there is nothing on record. Learned counsel for the State concedes that I.O. of the case has not collected cogent evidence.
