JUDGEMENT

(1.) ANTICIPATORY bail application filed by petitioner, Md. Qamruddin is moved by Sri Vivek Kumar Singh learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri V.K. Prasad learned Additional P.P. and Sri R.C.P. Sah, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2.

(2.) IT is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is ready to keep opposite party no. 2 (complainant) as his wife with all respect and dignity.

(3.) THE court below is further directed to send the complainant with petitioner after taking undertaking that he will keep the complainant with all respect and dignity and will not torture her in future.
