RAJESH YADAV AND ORS Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioners Rajesh Yadav and Basudeo Yadav is moved by Sri. Lakhan Chandra Roy and opposed by Mrs. M. Palit , learned Additional P.P. It appears that petitioners are maternal -in-laws of complainant. There is no specific overt act against them.

(2.) Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I direct the petitioners to surrender in the court below by 13th of January,2011 and in that event, court below is directed to enlarge the petitioners, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar in connection with P.C.R. Case No. 175 of 2009 ( T.R. Case No. 1453 of 2010), subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
