SARITA KUMARI Vs. RANCHI UNIVERSITY AND ORS.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) MR . Suraj Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner was successful in B.A. Part II examination held in the year 1998, but the certificate was not issued to her as yet, though she has been making representations for about 12 years.

(2.) ON the other hand, Mr. Mehta produced a copy of the instructions received by him and submitted that the marks of B.A. (Honours) Part II practical examination in 'Home Science' is not available, and therefore, the university decided to hold special practical examination for the Petitioner and issued a letter dated 01.10.2010 in that regard, but she refused to accept it.

(3.) ON this, Mr. Suraj submitted that the Petitioner is ready to appear in the special practical examination.
