JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner, Bijay Kumar Singh in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 334 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 3003 of 2010 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad is moved by Sri R.S. Mazumdar, learned Senior Advocate and opposed by Sri D.K. Prasad learned Additional P.P.

(2.) Admittedly, petitioner's truck was seized along with stolen coal.

(3.) In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner above named rejected.
