JUDGEMENT

(1.) ANTICIPATORY bail application filed by Gyan Ratan, is moved by Sri P.K. Prasad, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri S.K. Srivastava, learned Additional P.P. for the State.

(2.) IT is alleged that petitioner interfered with the official work of informant and his colleague who went to premises of petitioner for inspection on the direction of Managing Director, AIADA as to whether petitioner was violating the order of this Court passed in W.P. (C) No. 6042 of 2008. The aforesaid order has been annexed as Annexure6, which reveals that during the pendency of the writ application status quo with regard to possession of land in question was ordered to be maintained. Admittedly, the said land was allotted to petitioner's company which was later on canceled by AIADA. Against that the aforesaid writ application filed.
