JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution.

(2.) Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Kenduadih P.S. Case no. 48 of 2011, corresponding to G.R. No. 1445 of 2011.

(3.) The case relates to recovery of iron scraps from the factory of the petitioner which were alleged to be stolen.
