JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) Petitioner is an accused in a case registered u/s 25(1-b)a,26/35 of the Arms Act.

(3.) It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner was arrested along with two other accused persons namely Kuldip Bhengra and Kristopal Soe and there was recovery of one country made pistol loaded with one live cartridge and one extra live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that Kuldip Bhengra from whose possession there is recovery has been released on bail by the Sessions Judge. Petitioner is in custody for about 6 months since, 11.7.2010.
