JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) Petitioner is accused in a case registered under Sections 406, 409, 420 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) It is alleged that a sum of Rs.4,48,145/- was transferred to United Bank of India, Kamdara Branch for the construction of school building at village Konsa Khairtoli and the construction was likely to be done under supervision of village education committee. It is further alleged that no building construction was started and the amount was defalcated with the connivance of the accused persons.
