JAGMOHAN SAHU @ SONU Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner, Jagmohan Sahu @ Sonu is moved by Sri Mahesh Tewari learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Mrs. Anita Sinha learned Additional P.P. From perusal of impugned order it appears that main accused Jagdish Prasad, who had taken money from informant and others, has been granted regular bail.

(2.) Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I allow this application and direct the petitioner, above named, to surrender in the court below on or before 18th of January 2011. If petitioner surrenders by that time, the learned Court below is directed to enlarge him on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Das, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Baghmara (Kharkharee)P.S. Case No. 83 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 1172 of 2010 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
