JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) THE instant transfer petition has been moved at the behest of the wife-respondent in Matrimonial Suit 430 of 2010, pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamshedpur. Prayer in the instant transfer petition is to transfer the said Matrimonial Suit No. 430 of 2010 to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi, where the petitioner is residing as she has no source of income and she is unable to attend the Court at Jamshedpur on each and every dates for the reasons that her husband and his family members have threatened her with dire consequence. She states in paragraph no. 1 of the petition, the reasons for not attending the Court at Jamshedpur on the dates fixed in the Matrimonial suit.
