(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

(2.) This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner for the offence under Sections 420/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the present case has been lodged by the Secretary, Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi on the direction of this Learned HighCourt.
