JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C-3 case no. 61 of 2008 for the offence under Section 33 of the Indian Forest Act and Section 2 of the Forest (Protection) Act, 1980.

(3.) In the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
