LALIT KUMAR SHARMA Vs. THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE Petitioner is in custody in connection with the case registered under Sections 419/420/465/468/469/471/120(B) IPC.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case; the only allegation against him is that he was in the habit of calling different persons by different Mobile phones; there is no allegation of delivery of any money or any cheating against the Petitioner; no offences under the alleged sections of the I.P.C are made out against the Petitioner on the basis of the said allegation; the Petitioner is a 19 year -old boy and he is a student; the Petitioner is in custody since October 2010; the Petitioner is a local permanent resident and there is no chance of his absconding.

(3.) CONSIDERING the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail -bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M, Dhanbad in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 339/10, corresponding to G.R. No. 3553/10.
