JUDGEMENT

(1.) Bail application filed by Ram Narayan Vishwakarma is moved by Mr. Rajiv Ranjan, counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Mr. Ravi Prakash, Additional P.P.

(2.) Earlier bail prayer of the petitioner rejected with liberty that he may renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within six months. It is submitted that still the trial is going on and three more witnesses are required to be examined by the court below. It further appears that the case is triable by Judicial Magistrate. Petitioner is in custody from 19.11.2009.

(3.) Considering the nature of offence and period of detention, I direct the court below to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Parsudih (Sundar Nagar) P.S. Case No. 219 of 2009 corresponding to G.R. No. 3031 of 2009.
