JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) Petitioner is an accused in a case registered u/s 379 of the I.P.C . It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that while the petitioner was moving on the theft motorcycle along with one Suraj Kumar Verma, he was also arrested along with the stolen motorcycle and he is languishing in jail since, 18.7.2010 and the said Suraj Kumar Verma has been granted bail by this court in B.A. No. 7381 of 2010 dated 1.10.2010. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer.

In the facts & circumstances of the case , since the co- accused has already been granted bail and petitioner is in custody for sometime , he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Lalpur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 3007 of 2010 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be father of the petitioner.
