JUDGEMENT

(1.) ANTICIPATORY bail application filed by Petitioner Nitish Kumar is moved by Sri. Sameer Saurabh and opposed by Sri R.C.P. Sah, learned Additional P.P.

(2.) AT paragraph 8 of the case diary, it has been alleged that Petitioner assaulted one Jayant Kumar with Rod and inflicted several injuries. However, from perusal of entire case diary, I find that there is no injury report of Jayant Kumar though injury reports of two others are available in the case diary.
