JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution.

(2.) The petitioners have been made accused for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 452, 323, 324, 307, 379, 364, 427, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Bhandariya P.S. Case No. 20 of 2011 corresponding to G.R. No. 503 of 2011.

(3.) There is omnibus allegation against fifteen named accused persons to have entered in the house of the informant and have assaulted and injured the inmates of the house. Subsequently, due to death of one injured the case has been converted into Section 302 I.P.C. However, the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R.
