JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution.

(2.) The petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Barhi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2006 corresponding to G.R. No. 959 of 2006.

(3.) The case relates to murder of one Kishun Ravidas and the petitioner has been made accused on the basis of suspicion due to previous enmity.
