JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) Petitioner is an accused in a case registered u/s 409 of the I.P.C. in connection with Garu P.S. Case No. 08 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 219 of 2010 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar.

(3.) There are serious allegation of misappropriation of government fund. Petitioner ,who is also the Junior Engineer was appointed as an agent for execution of the various scheme of the government relating to the construction of houses under the Birsa Munda Aawas Yojna.
