JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is an accused in the case registered under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case; the victim girl was examined under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein she has admitted that she had gone with main accused Md. Abid voluntarily; there is no specific allegation of any overt act against the petitioner; some suspicion has been raised in the first information report against the petitioner; said coaccused Md. Abid has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. no.6785 of 2010.
