JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead the informant as Opposite Party No.2.

(2.) Issue notice to Opposite Party No.2, for which requisites etc. under registered cover with A/D must be filed within one week, failing which this application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.

(3.) In the meantime, petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with Deoghar (Kunda) P.S. Case No.313 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No.837 of 2010 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar.
