(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
(2.) This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner for the offence under Sections 147/148/149/323/448/324 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is added.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that as per the F.I.R. the allegation against the petitioner is that he gave tangi blow on the head of the informant's mother causing grievous injury on her head, but infact it appears from the case diary that petitioner had no tangi in his hand rather he had lathi in his hand. Moreover, he further submits that petitioner is remained in custody for about six months i.e. from 02.07.2010 and similarly situated coaccused namely Nathu yadav, against whom there is similar allegation, has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.09.2010 in B. A. No. 7235 of 2010 and as such, he may be enlarged on bail.
