JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) It reveals from the ferd beyan that the son of the informant was missing from 17.06.2009 and his dead body was recovered on the next date near a place situated at western wall of the hospital. The petitioner and other co-accused were arrested and they confessed their guilt on the basis of which the brick, by which head of the deceased was hammered, has been recovered.

(3.) It is submitted that other co-accused having similar allegation has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court on 04.3.2011. Admittedly, there is no eye witness to the occurrence.
