(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
(2.) This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner for the offence under Sections 376/511/452 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner have love affairs with the victim girls, Babita Kumari. This case was lodged to avoid their marriage as petitioner and informant were planning to marry. Petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2010.
(3.) Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case and since, petitioner is remained in custody for more than five months, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/(Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, F.T.C.II, Bokaro in connection with Harla P. S. Case No. 66 of 2010 (S.T. No. 396 of 2010) corresponding to G. R. No. 893 of 2010 subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be the local residents having property within the jurisdiction of the court.
