(1.) ANTICIPATORY bail application filed by Punnu Sao and Karmi Devi, is moved by Sri Shudhir Kumar Roy, learned counsel for the petitioners and opposed by Sri T. Kabiraj, learned Additional P . for the State.

(2.) ADMITTEDLY, petitioners are fatherinlaw and motherin law of complainant. From perusal of statement of complainant on S.A., I find that complainant has not alleged any specific overt act against petitioners.
