(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.
(2.) It is submitted that good sense has been prevailed and the complainant and the petitioner have decided to continue their conjugal life. Learned counsel for the complainant concedes the fact.

Considering the fact that the matter has been settled between the parties, the petitioner above named is directed to appear/ surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks positively from the date of this order along with the compromise petition duly acknowledged by both the parties, and on his surrender, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.L.Das, Judicial Magistrate,Dhanbad, in connection with C.P. case No. 830/2010, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
