JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner, Rajnish Kumar Giri in connection with Patratu (Bhurkunda) P.S. Case No. 218 of 2009 corresponding to G.R. No. 6035 of 2009 pending in the court of learned is moved by Sri R.S. Mazumdar, Sr. Advocate and opposed by Sri Prem Prakash learned Additional P.P.

(2.) From perusal of paragraph no. 7 of the case diary I find that petitioner had withdrawn money and handed it over to the Panchayat Sewak.

(3.) Considering the same, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner above named rejected.
