SUSMA DEVI AND ORS Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioners Susma Devi and Gulshan Kumar Singh @ Gulshen Kumar Singh is moved by Sri. A.K. Das and opposed by Sri. Mukesh Kumar, learned Additional P.P.

(2.) It appears from Annexure-2/1 that the parties has compromised the dispute and on the basis of said compromise, husband of the complainant has been granted regular bail by the court below. The allegations against these petitioners are similar. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I direct the petitioners to surrender in the court below by 13th of January,2011 and in that event, court below is directed to enlarge the petitioners, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Ghatshila in connection with C-1 Case No. 3 of 2010, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
