PINTU PASWAN, Vs. THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE Petitioners are accused in the case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the Petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case; there are shifting versions of the informant at several stages; there is omnibus allegation against them; nothing incriminating has been recovered from the Petitioners' possession; Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent; Petitioners are local permanent residents; there is no chance of their absconding.

(3.) REGARD being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named Petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa in connection with Nagar Untari P.S. case No. 197 of 2010, corresponding to G.R. No. 1184 of 2010.
