JUDGEMENT

(1.) It is submitted that petitioner is ready to keep the informant with all respect and dignity. Under the said circumstance, petitioner is directed to implead informant as opposite party no. 2.

(2.) Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 under Registered cover for which requisites etc. must be filed within one week, failing which, this application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.

(3.) In the meantime, petitioner namely Rama Shankar Singh shall not be arrested in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No. 38 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 1273 of 2010 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.
