JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) Petitioners are accused in a case registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 353 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) According to the self-statement of S.I. Ram Narayan Thakur, the petitioners with their associates had created road jam for raising their demand against the death of one BInod Kumar Singh, which took place on previous date, and the accused persons were raising slogans and refused to obey the instructions given by the administration.
