JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) Petitioner is an accused in a case registered u/s 17 of the C.L.A Act.

(3.) It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that when a raid was conducted in the jungle , petitioner and and other persons were found hiding in the jungle and after search extremist literature and other articles were recovered . Petitioner disclosed that he is member of PLFI. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since, 19.7.2010.
