JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution.

(2.) The petitioners have been made accused for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 452, 323, 324, 307, 379, 364, 427, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Bhandariya P.S. Case No. 20 of 2011 corresponding to G.R. No. 503 of 2011.

(3.) The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. and there is allegation against named accused persons in the F.I.R. to have committed mischief and to have assaulted the informant's side, in which, the family members of the informant were injured.
