JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

(2.) This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner for the offence under Sections 25(1b) a,26/35 of the Arms Act.

(3.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation of firing by Tura Tudu @ Bulum tudu and this petitioner and it caused injury to Petu Sardar.
