JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is in custody in connection with the case registered under Sections 302/34 IPC.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case; there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner and other three co-accused; there is no cogent material against the petitioner; the petitioner is in custody since March 2009; there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future.

(3.) HOWEVER, since the petitioner is in custody, his trial shall be expedited. If the petitioner's trial is not concluded by 31.8.2011, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
