JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by Pinku @ Shashi Bhushan Sahu, is moved by Sri Zaid Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri A.K. Sinha, learned Additional P.P. for the State. From perusal of statement of victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I find that the main allegation is against the coaccused Ramesh Prasad Singh and Annu Prasad Singh.

(2.) Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I direct the petitioner to surrender in the court below by 17th of January, 2011 and in the event of his surrender, the learned court below is directed to enlarge him on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/( Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla, in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 165 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 481 of 2010, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
