JUDGEMENT

(1.) ANTICIPATORY bail application filed by Sarita Devi, is moved by Sri Pankaj Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri T. Kabiraj, learned Additional for the State.

(2.) FROM perusal of statement of complainant on S.A., I find that there is general allegation that all the inmates of her husband's family had demanded dowry and for the same they assaulted her. No specific overt act alleged against the present petitioner. Petitioner is sisterinlaw of complainant.
