(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.
(2.) This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case registered under Section 395 IPC. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and on the basis of confession of co-accused, the petitioner was arrested and there is no recovery from his possession.
(3.) Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail. In the facts and circumstances, since the petitioner is in custody for about five months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Hazaribagh in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S.Case No.550/2010, G.R. No.2460/2010, subject to the condition that one of the bailors will be the close relative having property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner will attend the court once in every month on the date fixed in the trial.
