JUDGEMENT

(1.) IT is submitted by Mr. Sumit Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that vide Memo No. 279 dated 28.7.2009 (annexure 6 to the writ petition), the Sub Divisional Officer, Chhatarpur directed the Block Supply Officer, Chhatarpur to hold an enquiry and submit a report within two days but in the impugned order dated 30.7.2009 cancelling license (annexure 5 to the writ petition), it appears that the license was cancelled on the basis of the report dated 26.7.2009, submitted by the Block Supply Officer.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the State submitted that the petitioner has got remedy of statutory appeal where he can raise all the points available to him.
