JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) Petitioner is an accused in a case registered u/s 452,436,341,323 and 504 of the I.P.C.

(3.) It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that only allegation against petitioner is that he had a fight with the informant in the matter of voting in the election and it is alleged in the night of Holi petitioner sprinkled petrol and put fire on the roof of the house of informant and caused some damage.
