JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioners are accused in the case registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

(2.) LEARNED counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case; nothing incriminating has been recovered from their possession; the allegation is that one Muzzle loading gun has been recovered from the place where the petitioners along with other co-accused were found sitting; petitioners are in custody since October, 2010; Manoj Singh, with almost similar allegation, has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No.1282/2011.
