(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
(2.) This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner for the offence under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
(3.) It appears from the F.I.R. that there is direct allegation against this petitioner that the petitioner has demanded the dowry and tortured the deceased and subsequently, she died. Although, it is not clearly stated in the F.I.R. that she died due to snake bite or administering poison.
