JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) Petitioner is accused in a case registered under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) It is alleged in the complaint that Khusbu Kumari, who was married with the petitioner, was subjected to torture for want of Rs.5 lakhs which was demanded in terms of dowry. Even at the time when she was carrying pregnancy she was not spared and subjected to assault and finally driven out from the matrimonial home.
