(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel on behalf of the

(2.) COUNTER affidavit has been filed and after hearing the respective counsel at length, the writ petition is being finally decided.

(3.) THE second prayer is for a direction in the nature of mandamus to Respondent No. 5 to accept Rs. 2 lacs (Rupees two lacs) as the licence fee from the petitioner for the year 2011 -12 as it used to do in the previous year.
