JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

(2.) This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case registered under Sections 212 IPC and 17 of CLA Act.

(3.) It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as per FIR, on search on 26.4.2010, a diary giving guidelines to the Area Commander of Naxal group, was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner was going on Tata Sumo vehicle with other passengers, who might have left the same.
