JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties.

(2.) THIS is second round of litigation in this Court for payment of retrial dues, which has not been paid to the petitioner. Previously W.P.(S) No. 3595 of 2007 was preferred and the same was disposed of on 19.7.2007 with a direction that the petitioner shall make a representation along with a copy of the said order before the Vice -Chancellor, Sidhu Kanhu Murmu University, Dumka. A guideline regarding mode of payment and its calculation was also provided in the said order.

IN the facts and circumstances, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent no. 5 to calculate the aforesaid amount and also the interest at the penal rate and make final payment within a period of 6 (six) weeks from the date a certified copy of this order alongwith a fresh application is moved before the concerned authority. It is made clear that the time period prescribed shall be adhered to and the entire amount must be paid. If the entire amount is not paid within the time frame, the respondent shall be liable for additional interest at an enhanced rate, which will be recoverable from his personal account.
